The San Antonio-Bexar County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) along with its transportation partners offers four services to organizations that request assistance in identifying transportation barriers to having a truly Walkable Community. Transportation partners include Alamo Area Council of Governments, Bexar County , City of San Antonio , Texas Department of Transportation and VIA Metropolitan Transit. The program has been developed through the Bicycle and Pedestrian Mobility Advisory Committees. The four services available include:

•  Walkable Community Workshops

•  Safe Routes to School Workshops

•  Safety classes

•  Bicycle rodeos
