MPO Brochures

In addition to the website and periodic newsletters, the MPO periodically produces brochures that are specific to a topic or a mode of travel. For example, the Bicycle and Pedestrian Mobility Advisory Committees (BMAC and PMAC) produced bicycle and pedestrian related brochures that include the Walkable Community Program, Bicycle Safety and Pedestrian Safety.

The Regional Safety Program represents a significant step forward in transportation safety planning in that it uses the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) Crash Records Information System (CRIS) database.
