Professional Opportunities

The San Antonio- Bexar County MPO is responsible for the urban transportation planning process which allows the region to receive over $200 million annually in federal and state transportation funding. As the transportation needs for the area grow so do the needs of the MPO. 

Periodically, open staff positions are posted on our website as well as advertised in the San Antonio Express-News and other periodicals, journals or websites.

Similarly, if the MPO has a need for certain administrative or technical skills, the MPO will issue a request for proposals and hire consultants to assist with specific tasks.  RFPs are advertised on our website, in the San Antonio Express-News, and other local newspapers and websites.
