3. Approval of the September 26, 2011 Meeting Minutes (PDF)
Hearing no comments on the September 26,
2011 meeting minutes, Commissioner Tommy Adkisson declared the meeting minutes
approved.
All items under
the Consent Agenda are acted upon collectively unless opposition is presented,
in which case, the contested item will be considered, discussed and appropriate
action taken separately.

on Amendments to the FY 2012-2013 MPO Budget Document (Unified Planning Work
Program)
5. Action on Amendments to the Long Range
Transportation Plan (Metropolitan Transportation Plan and the Short Range

Councilman William Weeper moved and Dean
Danos seconded the motion to approve the Consent Agenda. The motion was unanimously
approved.

to the Long Range Transportation Plan (Metropolitan Transportation Plan) and
the Short Range Transportation Plan (FY 2011-2014 Transportation Improvement

moved
and Dean Danos seconded the
motion to waive the MPO’s Transportation Plan and Transportation Improvement
Program amend-ment process and enter into a public hearing. The motion was
unanimously approved.
Councilman
Kevin Wolff moved and Senator Jeff Wentworth seconded the motion to approve the amendments
to the Metropolitan Transportation Plan and the FY 2011-2014 Transportation
Improvement Program with the provision to specify in the TIP that the City of
San Antonio $30M from 2012 Bond will be matched by $30M of the $112M TMF
dollars to be used to build the four non-tolled northern connectors of the US
281/Looop 1604 interchange and specify that priority phasing be given to these
northern connectors. The motion was unanimously approved.

Kevin Wolff seconded the motion to appoint Transportation Policy
Board members Mayor Chris Riley, Councilman William Weeper and Councilman Ray Lopez to serve on the
Nominating Committee. The motion was unanimously approved.

the Board reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time to
discuss any of the matters listed on the posted agenda, as authorized by Texas

(deliberations about real property), Section 551.074 (personnel matters), and
Section 551.086 (economic development).
