presentation at the January TPB meeting
c. Transportation Policy Board Workshop has been rescheduled
for January 2012.
d. The MPO Office will be closed on Monday, December 26th
in observance of Christmas Day, on Monday, January 2nd in observance
of New Year’s Day and Monday, January 16th in recognition of Martin
Luther King Day,
4. Approval of the October 24, 2011 Meeting Minutes (PDF)
Mayor Chris Riley moved and Commissioner
Kevin Wolff seconded the motion to approve the October 24, 2011
Meeting Minutes. The motion was unanimously approved.
All items under
the Consent Agenda are acted upon collectively unless opposition is presented, in
which case, the contested item will be considered, discussed and appropriate
action taken separately.
5. Action
on Revisions to the MPO’s Policy 6: Guidelines for Programming Projects in the
Transportation Improvement Program
6. Action on the Reappointment of the
Bicycle Mobility Advisory Committee Chair
Councilman William Weeper moved and
Councilman Ray Lopez seconded the motion to approve the Consent Agenda. The
motion was unanimously approved.

to the MPO’s Executive Committee

8. Action on the
Appointment of the Non-Governmental, Ex-officio Alternate Member to the Transportation
Policy Board
Councilman William Weeper moved and
Councilman Ray Lopez seconded the motion to appoint Ivan Jaime to serve as the
non-governmental, ex-officio alternate member for the term January 2012 through
December 2012. Ivan Jaime will then
serve as the primary non-governmental, ex-officio member for the term January
2013 through December 2013. The motion
was unanimously approved.

At any time during the meeting of the MPO Transportation Policy Board, the
Board reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time to
discuss any of the matters listed on the posted agenda, as authorized by Texas
Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney), Section 551.072
(deliberations about real property), Section 551.074 (personnel matters), and
Section 551.086 (economic development).
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
