Councilman William Weeper moved and
Councilman Reed Williams seconded the motion to appoint State Representative
Joe Farias to serve on the Transportation Policy Board for the term December
2011 through December 2012. The motion was unanimously approved.
4. Approval
of the July 25, 2011 Meeting

Mayor Chris Riley moved and Councilman Reed
Williams seconded the motion to approve the July 25, 2011 meeting minutes. The motion
was unanimously approved.
5. Action on the MPO’s FY
2012 Staff Operating Budget (Audio)
Mayor Chris Riley moved and Mary Briseño
seconded the motion to approve the FY 2012 MPO Staff Budget. The motion was
unanimously approved.
Councilman Reed Williams moved and
Commissioner Chico Rodriguez seconded the motion to approve the Resolution of
Support for the City of San Antonio’s Office of Economic Adjustment, Department
of Defense grant application. The motion was unanimously approved.
Dean Danos moved and Mayor Chris Riley
seconded the motion to approve the Resolution of support for VIA Metropolitan
Transit’s TIGER III grant application. The motion was unanimously approved.
