3. Director’s Report (PDF)

a. The City of San Antonio’s B-Cycle Demonstration and Registration Event will be held on October 29^th and 30^th at Main Plaza

b. GIS Day is on Friday, November 19, 2010 at La Villita Assembly Hall

c. November and December Transportation Policy Board meetings are combined into a single meeting on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at the VIA Metro Center

d. The MPO Office will be closed on November 11^th in observance of Veterans Day and November 25^th and 26^th for the Thanksgiving Holidays

4. Discussion and Appropriate Action on the September 27, 2010 Meeting Minutes (PDF)

Councilman William Weeper moved and Councilwoman Jennifer Ramos seconded the motion to approve the September 27, 2010 Meeting Minutes. The motion was unanimously approved.

All items under the Consent Agenda are acted upon collectively unless opposition is presented, in which case, the contested item will be considered, discussed and appropriate action taken separately.

At any time during the meeting of the MPO Transportation Policy Board, the Board reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time to discuss any of the matters listed on the posted agenda, as authorized by Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney), Section 551.072 (deliberations about real property), Section 551.074 (personnel matters), and Section 551.086 (economic development).
