4. Approval
of the April 25, 2011 Meeting Minutes (PDF)
Councilman John Clamp moved and Mr. Dean
Danos seconded the motion to approve the April 25, 2011 meeting minutes. The motion was unanimously approved.

6. Discussion
and Appropriate Action on Amendments to the
Councilman John Clamp moved and Councilman
Reed Williams seconded the motion to waive the MPO’s routine two-step Metropolitan
Transportation Plan and Transportation Improvement Program amendment process
and enter into a public hearing.
Councilman John Clamp moved and
Commissioner Kevin Wolff seconded the motion to approve the amendments to the
Metropolitan Transportation Plan and the FY 2011-2014 Transportation
Improvement Program. The motion was
unanimously approved.

(deliberations about real property), Section 551.074 (personnel matters), and
Section 551.086 (economic development).
