2.         Discussion and Appropriate Action on the appointment of a committee of managerial level and technical staff to address the direction and answer the questions posed by the MPO Transportation Policy Board at their meeting on September 28, 2009, regarding the proposals of toll and non-toll projects on U.S. 281 and Loop 1604

·        Gather all available information

·        Review Scope for the 2001/2004 Plan for 281 and 1604

·        Review Scope for Toll Projects proposal

 

 

b) Financial Information

·        Review cost estimates for 2001/2004 Plan

·        Review cost estimates for Toll Project proposals 

·        Review funding issues raised by policy board 

 

 

 c) Regulatory Information

·        Determine level of environmental study/clearance needed for non toll projects proposal

·        Determine level of environmental study/clearance needed for toll project proposals 

 

 

d) Project Schedule/Timing

·        Determine any estimated effects on scheduling or timing issues for project implementation

 

 

e) Upcoming Meetings

·        If needed, the next Technical Advisory Committee meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the VIA Metro Center Community Room, 1021 San Pedro

·        The next Transportation Policy Board meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2009 at the VIA Metro Center Community Room, 1021 San Pedro
